We conduct big celebrations during festive season like Diwali, Christmas & Holi every year. These events are very special to us, as we normally plan these events on a larger scale.

One of the festive events - Christmas, we celebrated with B.J home.
It was a complete blockbuster event. We had some very good compering between the two members of Kshana on the stage, which laid the basis for the event. One minute games, competition between the boys and the girls trying to outdo each other was really the fun part.

We had a dance performance from few Kshana members and volunteers, giving the event a very special touch. And then came the big one the AASMAA group, yes we had Jimmy Felix and his group performing for Kshana live on stage especially for these kids. They set the stage on fire with “chandu ki chachi” song, well these guys were complete entertainers and the kids were all bonkers seeing them on stage..

After all the dancing, it was time for Santa Claus to give gifts to all his kids , the kids were too excited to receive gifts from Santa Claus and take a picture with him. The event ended with some delicious biryani, raita and ice cream.

The most touching part was when we were leaving, the kids came up to us and told us to stay with them. They actually blocked the gate and didn’t allow Kshana members to go out. This was a very special moment for us … just goes to show that with little efforts if we wish , we can spread so much of happiness and smiles in someone’s life.
